PAYMENT FAQS
I’VE PAID MY DEPOSIT, NOW WHAT?
Once you have paid your deposit online, you will receive a booking confirmation email. This will outline your monthly repayments. It will contain the details to set up your payments plan via a Direct Debit or Standing Order with your bank.
Booking with a low deposit means that you start your monthly repayments as stated in the confirmation email. Failure to start the repayments 1 month after your deposit payment will result in cancellation.
The monthly payments are there for your benefit and designed to help financially. If at any time you have trouble keeping up with your repayments, please contact sonya@unityinthesun.com
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY BY?
All balances need to be paid in full by 1st April 2025.
I CAN’T MAKE IT NOW; DO I GET A REFUND?
You have the right to cancel your booking up to 30 days after your deposit payment has been received where you will receive 100% of any payments made. Once the cooling off period of 30 days has expired, then all deposits are non-refundable.
I NEED TO MAKE A BOOKING AMENDMENT?
Any amendment to your booking will incur an administration charge of £25.00 per booking per time. No changes can be made less than 10 days before departure. Any amendments need to be sent to sonya@unityinthesun.com
These charges include but are not limited to:
· Change of flights for transfers
· Change of hotel
· Change of name
· Change of booking dates.
Please note that amendment fees are non-refundable and can only be requested by the lead passenger on the booking.
TRAVEL FAQ’S
ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING?
Flights are not included in your booking price, and will it be up to you to arrange your own flights. Please see our Flights section for handy tips / Airlines.
WHAT AIRPORT DO WE FLY TO?
Corfu. CFU. Athens offers connecting flights to Corfu (Approx flying time is 1 hour).
ARE TRANSFERS INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING?
Transfers are included in the 7 or 9 day Unity stay bookings. It is about a 45-minute drive from Corfu airport to our party destination! Transfers from and to Corfu airport are only included for the dates of your chosen booking. We will not provide transfers for any extra nights that have been booked either before or after your booking dates. Transfers are NOT included for event pass only bookings.
ENTERTAINMENT FAQS
DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR EVENTS?
If you have booked a Unity 7 or 9 Day stay, Your booking includes your Accommodation, Airport transfers, plus access to all daytime pool parties, evening, and night-time club events. Boat Party tickets can be purchased separately.
HOW MANY EVENTS ARE THERE?
There are many events each day and every night that will be pool, beach or boat parties as well as a couple of surprise parties. All genres of music will have their separate Pool, evening, and boat parties.
WHEN WILL WE KNOW WHAT EVENTS ARE ON & WHERE?
There will be Unity reps available daily telling you what’s on. There is also a “WhatsApp” group you can sign up to that will give daily updates during your holiday.
** There are no transfers needed to and from the venues. All venues are within walking distance from the hotels we use. Coaches will be provided free of charge for boat ticket holders**
ACCOMMODATION
WHAT’S THE ACCOMMODATION LIKE?
We have numerous Unity hotels all over the resort. All Rooms are of 3* quality and in the heart of all the action. All accommodation is within walking distance of the day/night events.
All the hotels we use have swimming pools, Bars, Restaurants, FREE Wifi, aircon, and safety boxes.
SINGLE OCCUPANCY
All rooms are required to be booked by capacity. There will be a Single Supplement charge for 1 person staying in a twin room. Please Note: You will not be sharing a room if you have chosen this option.
IMPORTANT: As EU standards, some hotels charge room tax. This must be paid on arrival and in cash.
TOWELS: These are provided for room use only. So please bring a towel for beach/pool use.
ALCOHOL/ FOOD. Please DO NOT bring your own food and alcohol around the pool area’s.
IF TRAVELING AS A GROUP, HOW CAN WE ENSURE WE'LL ALL BE IN THE SAME HOTEL? You can submit an email to sonya@unityinthesun.com and request to be placed with other people that have booked by submitting all names and booking reference numbers. We will always do our best to accommodate these requests. Hotels are not allocated by music genre. Please note: Some hotels are required to be booked for a certain length of stay. All hotels are subject to availability when booking. Our most popular hotels get fully booked as soon as we launch the dates.
EXTRA FAQS
HOW MUCH SPENDING MONEY WILL I NEED?
Eating and drinking in Kavos is the cheapest in Europe compared to most other party destinations. Expect to pay 2 to 3 euros for a beer, and 5-7 euros for a spirit and mixer. Full English breakfast for 5+ euros and set menu 3-course meals for 10+ euros. You will have the option for branded drinks, or the local drinks (and their generous measures).
CASH & CARD:
All hotels, Venues and Restaurants accept cash and card. Boat parties are CASH ONLY. There are plenty of ATM’s located throughout the resort and safe to use.
MEDICAL: We have a Unity Doctor that we recommend you use should you need to. Please
ask Sonya for details where his surgery is located.

MOSQUITO’S: Try and close your windows and doors in the night. Turn off outside lights.
BALLOONS: You are NOT allowed to take balloons into any venues, pools, bars, boats and restaurants. People seen doing balloons on the street/beach are being arrested and fined. PLEASE DON’T bring balloons into any of our hotels and events or you will be removed. If you are doing balloons, we advise you to do these in your room only. PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING
SERIOUSLY
SECURITY:
We have extra security in place this year at all venues, hotels and pools. Please always wear
your wristbands. You CAN NOT get into any events without wristbands. This includes Hotels,
Pools, Boats, Bars and night clubs.
PEACE | LOVE | UNITY | RESPECT
Please do not bring any attitude or trouble to our events or towards your fellow ravers. It will not be tolerated. Anyone seen to be causing problems will be removed from hotels or events. We are here for a good time, so for the whole of the Unity holiday, let’s make friends and amazing memories.
